Application Support Anlayst

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive application support, including training staff and resolving technical issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and problems to reduce system downtime.
• Collaborate with application development teams to address critical and high-priority issues.
• Engage with vendors to resolve system-related concerns as necessary.
• Troubleshoot application-related issues using queries, logs, and other technical tools.
• Manage content and user access for collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes across applications.
• Document and maintain knowledge base articles, including troubleshooting guides and best practices.
• Gather and analyze system requirements while validating functionality and data integrity of new systems.
• Assist in quality assurance activities, including testing scenarios and change request preparation.
• Proven experience with Cisco, Citrix, and Cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Dell and Firewall technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing customer support.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and software systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience with QA management and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
