Our client is looking for an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual to join their team in Calgary, Alberta.  This role supports brand execution, content delivery, and senior leader operations by coordinating projects, managing budgets and creative assets, and ensuring the timely execution of communications initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agency partners in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to communications leadership, including calendars, travel, and expenses.
• Coordinate communications and brand initiatives by managing timelines, requests, and stakeholder priorities.
• Support budget administration, invoice processing, and record keeping.
• Coordinate with agency partners to support campaigns and paid media activities.
• Maintain digital asset libraries and manage editorial content calendars.
• Build and update engaging intranet content for employees.
• Create and adapt branded presentations, templates, and digital content using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Review creative assets for quality and brand consistency before publication.

• 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, brand operations, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building skills with leaders, stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with budgets, invoices, expense reporting, and administrative coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with digital content, editorial planning, asset management, or intranet publishing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva; SAP R/3 experience is an asset.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
