Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Monitor outstanding receivables, coordinate collection activities, and resolve payment discrepancies
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and reduce delinquency rates
• Prepare reports on AR aging, cash receipts, and collection performance for management review
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable and maintain compliance with internal accounting controls.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote professional growth
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer billing issues and optimize workflow
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
