Our sub-trade client located in Coquitlam is looking to hire a Project Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their finance team. As the Project Accounts Receivable Coordinator, your role will be mainly supporting the full-cycle Accounts Receivable operation where you will be working closely with the Project Managers in setting up projects and ensuring the invoicing, progress billing, and payment postings are completed in a timely manner. As the Project Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you possess extraordinary time management skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with both the internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal Project Accounts Receivable Coordinator is an accounting professional with 3-5 plus years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable work experience from construction or sub-contracting industry sector. Prior work experience with progress billing is a MUST for this role. Work experience with Sage 100 software system or other related ERP systems would be a strong asset. Your strength in working with Microsoft Excel is a definite asset. Excellent communication skills, forward thinking approach and strength with teamwork are also strong assets for this role.
