Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash application, and account maintenance.

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.

• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.

• Apply incoming payments accurately and maintain detailed records.

• Support collection efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

• Assist with account setup, credit reviews, and reporting activities.

• Identify opportunities to improve receivables processes and reduce overdue balances.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or related accounting experience.

• Experience with invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, and collections.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
