Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support invoicing and receivables activities for an e-business organization in Calgary, Alberta. This long-term contract opportunity is well suited to someone with hands-on experience in high-volume billing, electronic invoicing, and accounts receivable operations. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate billing records, validate customer documentation, and support collections and cash application processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue a high volume of customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regional tax requirements.

• Review customer purchase documentation and verify tax identification details prior to billing.

• Manage electronic invoicing activities, including submissions to tax authorities and resolution of billing exceptions.

• Process credit notes and apply cash receipts accurately to customer accounts.

• Support collections by following up on outstanding balances and resolving account discrepancies.

• Perform data clean-up to maintain accurate customer and billing records.

• Follow established procedures to complete AR tasks consistently and efficiently.

• Support internal stakeholders with testing and invoicing-related activities as required.
