Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a long-term contract in Calgary, Alberta. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and delivers excellent customer support. You will manage payment processes, resolve account discrepancies, and support efficient AR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to account inquiries and resolve issues
• Post and reconcile payments, process refunds, and address cardholder questions
• Update customer records and process account adjustments (returns, tax, freight, credits)
• Upload and review invoices on external platforms
• Support month-end closing and team workflow management
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet departmental goals 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Effective oral and written communication
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with Oracle Financials or Salesforce is an asset
