Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support airline operations in Calgary on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who can manage high-volume invoice processing, PO matching, and vendor inquiries while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, code, and process supplier invoices.
• Enter and post AP transactions accurately and on time.
• Ensure approved invoices are included in scheduled payment runs.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate AP records, filing, and tracking across entities.
• Investigate discrepancies and follow up with vendors and internal teams.
• Support full-cycle AP activities while meeting deadlines and accuracy standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or invoice processing.
• Hands-on experience with invoice coding, data entry, and AP transactions.
• Experience with Sage 50 is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or missing approvals.
• Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and organized approach to managing deadlines and resolving issues.
