Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities:
• Process a large daily volume of supplier invoices in Microsoft Dynamics with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete end-to-end accounts payable activities, including validating invoices, assigning correct coding, and entering transactions for posting.
• Monitor approval workflows and follow up with internal contacts to secure prompt authorization of invoices.
• Address vendor questions professionally and investigate payment or invoice discrepancies to reach timely resolutions.
• Respond to internal requests regarding invoice details, payment status, and account information.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure all accounts payable activities align with company policies and established procedures.
• Support initiatives that streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the accounts payable process.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a closely related finance position.
• Practical experience using Microsoft Dynamics is required.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounts payable procedures within a high-volume setting.
• Effective communication skills with the confidence to follow up with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive and accountable approach to work, with the ability to take initiative independently.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
