Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a contract role in a non-profit organization in Calgary, Alberta. This position involves high-volume invoice processing, expense report management, and payment workflow support within a fast-paced finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and code high volumes of AP invoices accurately
• Review and manage employee expense reports and support payroll coordination
• Prepare and process EFT payments and bi-weekly payment schedules
• Maintain accurate invoice records and ensure coding consistency
• Use QuickBooks Online for data entry and financial tracking
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support internal queries
• Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc tasks 

Requirements:

• Experience in accounts payable and invoice processing
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Knowledge of expense reporting and coding
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
• Ability to manage high-volume, accurate data entry
• Familiarity with EFTs and payment systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
