We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a long-term contract in Calgary, Alberta within the real estate and property sector. This role involves high-volume invoice processing, tax compliance, and accurate financial data management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of invoices (approx. 1,200/month) accurately and efficiently
• Match purchase orders to invoices and process payments in Yardi
• Review invoices, receipts, and tax validations in Concur
• Ensure correct coding based on property and general ledger requirements
• Apply provincial tax rules and exemptions to ensure compliance
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with team members
• Maintain accurate data entry and meet processing deadlines

Requirements:

• Experience in accounts payable with high-volume invoice processing
• Proficiency in Yardi, Concur, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of multi-province tax regulations
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to retain complex rules and adapt to process changes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with invoice coding and general ledger groupings
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
