Accounting & Payroll Clerk

Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including entering transactions and following up on outstanding items.
• Reconcile account balances and investigate discrepancies to help maintain accurate financial records.
• Process invoices, prepare billing documentation, and ensure supporting details are recorded correctly.
• Assist with payroll administration by entering payroll data and helping verify employee payments are accurate and timely.
• Maintain organized financial files and update accounting information in SAP and Excel-based records.
• Enter high volumes of data with accuracy while supporting routine accounting and reporting tasks.
• Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve payment, billing, and account-related questions.
• Experience supporting accounting operations in a clerical or administrative finance role.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes.
• Previous experience with payroll processing and invoice administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking, organizing, and reviewing financial information.
• Familiarity with SAP or a comparable accounting system.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
