We’re working with a growing organization in Burlington that’s looking to bring on a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting & Office Administrator to support both finance and day-to-day office operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and wants to be a key part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Accounting & Finance Support
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports with accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end tasks
- Support payroll administration and related documentation
Office & Administrative Support
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
- Coordinate internal communications and support the finance team
- Maintain organized records, files, and office systems
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with accounting systems/ERP tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Experience supporting accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoice processing.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate data entry and account reconciliation work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working in accounting or ERP platforms such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records in a busy office environment.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and external contacts.
• Familiarity with payroll support activities, including reviewing time records and assisting with audits.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
