Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Reconcile accounts by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including billing and invoice processing.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Create and maintain high-quality Excel spreadsheets to handle large datasets, utilizing advanced functions such as VLookups, index/match, and conditional statements.
• Generate financial reports and documentation using Microsoft Word.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks as required, ensuring flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in accounting, including account reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLookups, index/match, and conditional formulas.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word for document preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to high ethical standards.
