Responsibilities:
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely payments and collections.
• Process invoices efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle billing operations, including preparing and reviewing invoices for clients and vendors.
• Conduct data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage financial data.
• Generate financial reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive financial information.
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed to support the department.
• Proven experience in accounting or a related role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
