Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will play a vital role in financial planning and analysis, partnering with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to drive business results.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and supply chain to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate projects, initiatives, and investments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within financial processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA considered an asset.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel; experience with SAP or similar ERP system is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including experience presenting to senior management.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
