Description du poste
Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and processed within established timelines.
• Prepare and review customer billings, supplier invoices, and related documentation to maintain complete and up-to-date financial records.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to support accurate ledger balances.
• Assist with month-end close tasks, including journal entries, account analysis, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain accounting data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and help keep system information organized and reliable.
• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data, track outstanding items, and prepare routine accounting reports.
• Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve payment, billing, and account issues efficiently.
• Experience handling account reconciliations in a finance or accounting environment.
• Practical knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data review, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with month-end close procedures and supporting accounting activities.
• Experience using Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable accounting system.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow through on outstanding accounting matters.
