Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Perform month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
• Reconcile bank statements to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Conduct general ledger coding and ensure proper categorization of transactions.
• Utilize NetSuite and other accounting software systems to streamline financial operations.
• Collaborate with the team to address discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide support in payroll processes, including handling ADP-related tasks.
• Leverage tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Suite to perform calculations and organize financial data.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in accounts payable and financial reconciliations.
• Proficiency with accounting software systems, especially NetSuite and ADP.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas.
• Familiarity with Google Suite for documentation and collaboration.
• Experience in general ledger coding and month-end close procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks within a remote setup.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members.
