Responsibilities:
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely billing and payments.
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and ensure they align with financial reporting standards.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage financial data.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards in all financial activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations.
• Proven experience in accounting roles, with a focus on account reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP for financial analysis and data management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Ability to prepare accurate journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field.
