Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: West Island, option to work from home 100%
Salary: $75K per year

Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter with a knack for finding top-notch talent? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a keen eye for identifying the best fit for roles? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in the West Island!
Our client, a leading player in the real estate construction development industry, is on the lookout for a talented individual like you to join their team. With your expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive their continued success.
Requirements:

- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Fluently bilingual, as most recruitment is for Ottawa and Toronto.
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles.
- Experience in the construction industry is a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, including LinkedIn.

Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit for various roles within the construction industry.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, for various positions.
- Conduct full cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process from start to finish.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
