Description
We are looking for a Store Supply Supervisor for one of our clients, a distribution center. Your role will be to coordinate procurement activities, manage equipment, and control inventory.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the team's daily tasks;
Managing inventory of supplies for stores and IT equipment;
Conducting inspections, reporting damaged items, and monitoring store consumption of critical and costly items;
Creating free purchase orders in SAP to receive inventory, then confirming and closing purchase orders in SAP;
Planning order production for new store kits and renovations based on installation dates to ensure timely shipment;
Comparing expenses to the budget, analyzing variances, and sharing information with senior management.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Supply Chain Management;
Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
Be able to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously;
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers;
Have a good knowledge of the Office suite, including intermediate Excel, as well as SAP software;
Be able to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
The work schedule is from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime. The workplace is accessible by public transportation.
