Tasks- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Prepare and cook meals for crew members
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Food safety/handling skills
- Short order cooking and food preparation
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses - Food Safety Certificate
Cuisine specialties- Vietnamese cuisine
Product inspection experience- Meat and meat products
Manufacturing sector experience- Food
Work conditions and physical capabilities- Physically demanding
- Standing for extended periods
