    Position: Service Coordinator
    Location: Saint-Laurent
    Salary: $50K to $55K

    What is offered to you:
    - 3 weeks of vacation per year

    We would love to meet:
    - Fluently bilingual to communicate with clients across Canada
    - At least two (2) years of customer service coordination and or administrative coordination experience
    - Available to begin work promptly at 7:30 a.m.
    - Passionately drawn to a diverse array of industrial settings and environments, with a strong and enduring interest
    - Enthusiastic about learning and thrives on challenges.
    - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Office 365, preferably Microsoft Teams

    Main Responsibilities:
    - Efficiently create, assign, and manage service technicians' schedules
    - Prioritize assignments and allocate personnel effectively
    - Oversee the entire cycle of work orders, from creation to invoicing
    - Support the local branch manager by assisting in the creation and submission of quotes and work proposals
    - Proactively follow up on proposals with clients to ensure monthly goals are met
    - Accurately input balance system and technical sheet information into our new service management software (Salesforce/ServiceMax)
    - Maintain meticulous records and organize databases
    - Deliver exceptional customer service to clients through telephone and email communication
