DESCRIPTION:

Robert Half is hiring now for a results-oriented and accomplished Senior System Integrator - Identity Access Management to fulfill a role for our Client. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a willingness to learn; and active participation in team meetings and activities. You will utilize your top-notch technical skills to deliver transformation in systems, data, processes, policies, strategies, and have the capacity to comprehend and describe high-level identities use cases. You are an independent, proactive self-starter with a flexible outlook and have a readiness to guide less experienced team members.. Our Client is based in Okotoks, AB. but this role is open to fully remote work concessions for eligible candidates.

MUST HAVES:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- ForgeRock, SailPoint, Okta, and Ping development and setup experience
- 5+ years of experience as an IAM developer
- Working knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP 
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OIDC for Single Sign-On and Federation 
- Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication requirements, solution options, and protocols
- Strong knowledge of database concepts, SQL
- Programming language proficiency (Java, JavaScript, Groovy, and shell)
- Linux/Unix experience
- Agile environment experience
- Unit testing, deployments, source control, and system monitoring
- Cloud providers (AWS, Azure and GCP) and DevOps (Ansible or Kubernetes or Docker) experience preferred
