We are on the lookout for a meticulous and detail-oriented Sales Representative with a knack for pricing, quotation creation, and contract management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for handling various aspects of the sales process, we want to hear from you.




**Please note that this position requires you to be living within BC, preferably in the Lower Mainland.**


Key Responsibilities:
- Price and generate quotations accurately and efficiently, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Complete pre-bid qualifications forms and contracts, demonstrating compliance and readiness for project bids.
- Manage requests for information (RFIs) promptly and effectively to resolve queries and maintain project momentum.
- Address contract scope issues proactively, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee order processing, ensuring smooth transactions and timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Coordinate the creation of shop drawings and architectural submittals, adhering to project specifications and regulations.
- Manage change orders efficiently, documenting modifications and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate job releases, ensuring seamless handover to operations teams for project execution.



Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pricing, quotation creation, and contract management within a construction or building-related industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in handling various aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry to project completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and systems for quotation generation, contract management, and document control.
