Recruiter for Automotive Sales Advisors
The Sales Academy is currently looking for a recruiter to join its team.
Reporting to the General Director, the position holder will bring his expertise and knowledge to the development and implementation of different talent attraction and acquisition strategies.
We are looking for a candidate who will be able to solicit serious candidates who want a career in the automobile industry.
You will have to implement different development strategies in order to represent automobile and recreational dealerships in the different mandates that you will have to carry out.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICANT
• Experience as a recruiter (an asset)
• Excellent command of oral and written French
• Bilingualism (French, English, an asset
• Mastery of the Office suite
DESIRED SKILLS
• Have excellent organizational skills
• Prospect new customers, be comfortable on the phone
• Have good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
• Promote teamwork and cooperation
• Have an excellent sense of autonomy and priority management
