    Position: Receptionist, Customer Service, Administration, and Accounting Assistant
    Location: Brossard
    Salary: $48,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience and education ($24 to $27 per hour)
    Job Type: Permanent
    Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm

    Responsibilities:


    - Answer phone calls and greet visitors
    - Manage tenant service calls and address their requests
    - Manage the general inbox and respond to clients via email
    - Open files in the system, share them with relevant parties, and follow up
    - Coordinate work with the internal maintenance team or subcontractors
    - Create necessary purchase orders
    - Generate reports for the management team
    - Handle mail and postage
    - Prepare, draft, and distribute memos to tenants
    - Invoicing
    - Participate in the accounts payable processing
    - Perform any other administrative and accounting tasks to support the team
    Requirements:


    - At least one year of experience in office work, accounting, or customer service
    - Relevant education in administration or accounting
    - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel
    - Excellent writing skills in French
