Real Estate Accounting Technician

Our client, a well-established company in commercial property management, is currently seeking an Real Estate Accounting Technician to join their team.

YOUR ROLE :
• Ensure financial management of lease agreements;
• Invoice rents and process retrocharges;
• Prepare end-of-month journal entries;
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable;
• Ensure compliance of budgetary processes with current financial policies and regulations;
• Produce various reports, documents, and declarations;
• Perform any other related tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
• Attestation of College Studies (ACS), Degree in accounting or combination of relevant experience/training;
• Similar experience in real estate accounting;
• Good knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office suite, and SPACE software (an asset);
• Profiency in French and English, both spoken and written;
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and teamwork; Strong interpersonal skills.
