Responsibilities:




-Coordinate labour teams and third parties/vendors effective and efficient execution of projects

-Manage subcontractors and coordination of job schedules

-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

-Create and maintain project schedules for ongoing jobs

-Ensure resource availability and allocation

-Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

-Track progress and communicate milestones to related parties

-Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

-Attend project meetings as required

-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

-Attend job showings and provide input on drafting/issuing project proposals and RFPs


Qualifications:

-Must have a valid drivers license

-Post secondary education in Engineering or related field

-Project Management designation is a strong asset

-3+ experience in a similar role

-Must have a background in PM in a Mechanical/HVAC/Construction industry

-Strong communication skills

-Ability to oversee and manage medium to large size projects

-Ability to delegate

-Experience with business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
