YOUR ROLE :
As a Litigation Paralegal, your main responsibilities will include:
- Prepare legal procedures;
- Manage cases by assisting lawyers in the preparation of hearings and trials;
- Carry out various research, consult databases (jurisprudence, legal publications, legislation, judicial records, etc.), and carry out research reports;
- Prepare client files (correspondence, supporting documents, etc.).
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other relevant training will be considered;
- Experience as a Litigation Paralegal;
- Knowledge and understanding of the new Code of Civil Procedure
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent customer service;
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
