Lawyer – Litigation Management (Global Component)

Our business partner, an internationally recognized law firm, is currently looking for a professional with relevant experience in insurance, professional liability and construction litigation.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be required to manage a variety of litigation files, whether they are related to the fields of insurance, construction and financial risks. Supported by a dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to manage major cases and to collaborate with seasoned lawyers all across North America. In this opportunity, you will manage litigations, analyze contentious files and provide directives to lawyers, while assessing legal strategies and financial risks for clients. This position could also participate in your professional advancement and help you grow within the firm!

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
• Diploma in common law or member in good standing of a Canadian Bar Association, an asset;
• Tangible experience in a similar role in litigation management;
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills, both in French and in English;
• Excellent ability to develop relationships of trust with different stakeholders;
• Rigor, attention to detail, efficiency.
