JOB SUMMARY

As an IT Manager, your mission will be to Providing professional support to the IT Team. Taking part in IT developments. Responsible for SAP/MES management and IT Infrastructure. You will also manage the IT assets and provide technical support, sensitize the end-users to meet company needs under the company IT policy and ensure the proper functioning of our IT system under system monitoring and respond to IT system failures following the contingency plan.

MAIN TASKS DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including planning, organizing, and
managing the delivery of IT services to the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security
and reliability of the company's technology infrastructure;
• Manage a team of IT professionals, training, and performance management;
• Manage the company's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and
applications, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Ensure the company's data is backed up and stored securely, and that disaster recovery plans are
in place and regularly tested;
• Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and ensure that IT
solutions are aligned with the organization's overall strategy;
• Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and
within budgetary constraints;
• Handling technical support on employees inquires;
• Handling IT project planning management and IT system/infrastructure management;
• Ensure IT compliance management (policy, monitoring);
• Coordination/Implementation of employees’ requirements within the organization
• Able to recognize and understand upcoming IT technology trends
• Every task related to the position.

TRAINING AND REQUIREMENT:

Education

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and relevant
experience.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar previous job position

Knowledge

• MES system and SAP/4 HANA system;
• Information Security
• Digital Transformation
• HMI/SPC
• Process Innovation Consulting
• SAP/MES operation and maintenance
• Good communication skill in English with employees and internal related departments
• IT project management
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft 365 echo system
• Good knowledge of Security (VPN/DLP/Etc.)
• Good knowledge of Cloud Environment

• Expertise in software/hardware Installation
• Able to recognize and understand upcoming IT technology trends
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
• Good communication skills in French and English with employees and and internal related
departments
• Ability to adapt and open to change aligned with a global business culture

• Knowledge of Cloud concepts: Azure and AWS
