Your daily role

Under the supervision of the Business Solutions Manager and as a Business Analyst, you will act as an expert for the areas assigned to you. You understand the organization's structure and its Supply Chain operations, in order to recommend solutions that enable it to achieve its objectives. You analyze business needs and model processes in collaboration with the senior business analyst and with business people (Supply Chain) and then work together with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with business requirements.





THE ROLE:
- For your assigned business areas, you will:
Contribute to the strategic planning of information systems;Define business needs in partnership with the supply chain; Document the scope of projects, their objectives, their added values ​​or even the expected benefits; Facilitate various meetings with stakeholders;Translate business requirements into technical objectives for development teams; Ensure the successful completion of the mandates entrusted to him; Analyze and model current and future business processes as well as document them; Present concrete solutions linked to the client's needs; Design user interface mockups; Establish the test plans necessary for the conformity of the solutions and monitor them; Verify and validate the execution of requirements (satisfaction of business needs) and deliverables;Ensure quality deliverables within required deadlines; Act as level 3 support; Understand the business context and the impact of projects on the organization's processes; Advise and assist customers or users with a view to improvement and innovation; Ensure technological monitoring;
- Coordinate the intervention of resources from different areas both in projects and for any other needs;
- Ensure a good business relationship with external suppliers.

Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in a field such as business informatics, business administration or any other combination of training and experience;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
- Leadership and good communication skills;
- Ability to influence, convince and initiate the required changes;
- Listening skills and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize;
- Sense of organization, initiative and priorities;
- Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English;
- Knowledge of SQL language;
- Master the concepts and techniques of data and process modeling;
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector.
- Significant experience with an ERP;
- Experience in project management.
