Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Surrey, BC

Salary: $22-25 per hour




We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our established client in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will have experience in the building materials industry and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills. If you're a self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a passion for providing excellent service to customers, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, including scheduling deliveries.
- Perform data entry tasks for orders and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers with product-related inquiries.
- Monitor the company inbox and respond to client inquiries with urgency and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
