This is a 1 year contract. The Financial Controller will provide oversight and guidance to the Accounting Team, including Payroll for the day-to-day, month-end and quarter-end operations. Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and oversee AR and AP functions, and provide leadership
- Monitor cash flows, loan balances, and FX transactions;
- Oversee and manage month-end and year-end financial reporting close processes;
- Perform monthly GL postings and reconciliations to ensure accuracy on financial reporting and to identify and correct any unusual items;
- Prepare year end financial statements , and act as the main contact for external auditors to compile and finalize the annual financial package in a timely manner;
- Analyze and interpret balance sheet and income statement metrics and trends, and be able to communicate and provide recommendation to the senior management team
- Budgeting and forecasting





·        CPA with 10+ years of relevant work experience 

·        Ability to manage a diverse team involving full cycle accounting and payroll

·        Advanced Excel skills and proficiency on other Office suite applications, such as Power Point and Word

·        Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations

·        Excellent knowledge of full cycle accounting, financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, financial closure, reporting etc.)

·        Experience with managing Payroll and budgeting and forecasting this component.

·        Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning

·        Well-organized with the ability to prioritize

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Business acumen and problem solving skills

·        Proven leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance and direction

·        Preference given to any candidate that has experience with Great Plains and BI360
