Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education is required
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Good computer knowledge
- Superior interpersonal skills to resolve customer issues
- Knowledge of general accounting is required
- Good data entry skills required
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Tasks:
- Providing back-up reception and general reception duties
- Processing credit and debit
- Scanning and logging information into the company's system
