    Description

    TASKS :
     Greet customers and suppliers at reception.
     Answer incoming telephone calls.
     Resolve customer inquiries by phone and email as needed (including ATRA).
     Send and manage incoming requests (including website).

     Obtain freight quotes and prepare freight documents for local inbound/outbound transportation (including provincial and national).
     Obtain quotations from suppliers and process them in the accounting system, if necessary.
     Process credit card payments.
     Compile and process orders from suppliers, including tracking order status.
     Communicate with customers, suppliers and third parties as required.

     In collaboration with the technical department, create and update daily, weekly and monthly technical schedules.
     Occasionally prepare quotations/sales offers based on customer requests.
     Create or modify floor plans using automated software.
     Write various reports/documents (French/English) as required.

     Prepare public brochures and any other text, media and promotional material related to social media and any promotional venue according to established deadlines.
     Update website as required.

     Coordinate trade shows and business trips and all associated logistics.
     Occasionally perform online research as required by the administration.
     Order supplies (office, warehouse, etc.).
     Filing, photocopying.
