Position: Project Coordinator/Graphic Designer – Luxury Brands
Location: Downtown Montreal (Hybrid)
Salary: $33 per hour
Job Type: Contract of 1 year (strong possibility of extension or permanency)

Our esteemed client, a renowned player in Luxury Beauty and Cosmetics, is currently in search of a Project Coordinator/Graphic Designer to integrate into their expanding team focused on luxury brands.
In this role, you will lead the creation and management of artwork for their luxury products, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless delivery to all consumers. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the brand's marketing vision is upheld while meeting legal constraints and production deadlines. Additionally, you will oversee the tracking of marketing projects and keep stakeholders informed of project progress.

We would love to meet:
- Bilingualism to communicate with consumers outside of the Quebec region
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in administration or other related field
- Experience in project management, deadline meeting, prioritization, attention to details
- At least 1 year of experience in product packaging, and/or product graphic designing
- Experience in mechanical agencies ex. print press machinery (asset)
- Proficient with the full Microsoft Office Suite
