Notre client, un organisme de bienfaisance, recherche un coordonnateur de projet TRILINGUE (français, anglais et espagnol) pour supporter le chef de secteur nouvellement promu.
Responsabilités:
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le chef de secteur, en aidant à cultiver et à entretenir des relations solides avec les partenaires financiers et communautaires
- Aider à créer des documents de communication convaincants et persuasifs sur la collecte de fonds, notamment : rapports d'impact, propositions de financement, présentations, autres messages clés
- . Aider à l'établissement du budget du projet et au suivi du respect des limites de dépenses budgétisées.
- Aider à assurer la gestion des informations et des données relatives aux relations avec les donateurs.
- Apporter son support pour toutes autres taxes connexe
Exigences :
- IMPORTANT maitrise du français, espagnol ainsi que de l'anglais; niveau avancé dans les 3 langues
- .Une expérience professionnelle dans le secteur non lucratif est un atout ; également, si vous avez travaillé dans le secteur de la santé, dans un contexte international.
- Diplôme universitaire, plus ~5 ans d'expérience en tant que coordinateur de projet, ou similaire.
- Solides compétences en communication écrite
- Compétences supérieures en matière d'organisation et de gestion de projet, capables de jongler avec les priorités.
- Capable de travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe ; bon sens de l'initiative et du suivi.
- Compétences supérieures en MS Office, bases de données, applications de messagerie, autres outils de communication en ligne pour la collecte de fonds

Our client, a charitable organization, is looking for a TRILINGUAL (French, English and Spanish) Project Coordinator to support the newly promoted Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Area Manager, helping to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with funding and community partners.
- Help create compelling and persuasive fundraising communications materials, including: impact reports, funding proposals, presentations, other key messages
- Assist with project budgeting and monitoring of adherence to budgeted expenditure limits.
- Help manage donor relations information and data.
- Provide support for all other related missions.
Requirements :
- IMPORTANT French, Spanish and English; advanced level in all 3 languages.
- Professional experience in the non-profit sector is an asset; also, if you have worked in the health sector, in an international context.
- University degree, plus ~5 years' experience as a project coordinator, or similar.
- Strong written communication skills
- Superior organizational and project management skills, able to juggle priorities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team; good sense of initiative and follow-through.
- Superior skills in MS Office, databases, messaging applications, other online fundraising communication tools.
