Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a team player to support the administration team in their duties. You have knowledge
in accounting and accounting software and perform diversified accounting tasks to meet the needs of
our customers, suppliers and of those of our company.
TASKS
Accounting:
▪ Process accounts payable and receivable (including those in foreign currencies).
▪ Perform bank reconciliations and other related accounting tasks.
▪ Follow up on delinquent accounts.
▪ Complete wire transfers, deposits and bank transfers.
▪ Prepare payroll (15 employees).
▪ Prepare excel reports as required by the sales and administration team.
▪ Jointly with the Project Coordinator, monitor accounting activities for ongoing installation
projects.
▪ Prepare and submit supplier guarantees.▪ Compose various reports and correspondence (French/English) as required.
▪ Jointly with the Administrative assistant, manage Import/Export logistics (overseas shipping,
customs).
▪ Communicate with customers, suppliers and third parties as required.
