Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain working papers and supporting schedules

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

• Perform consolidations across multiple entities

• Assist in budgeting process, including preparation of monthly budget variance reports

• Assist with tax filings and compliance requirements

• Support annual audit and quarterly review processes

• Assist in internal control documentation and testing process

• Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvements as required

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (Experience in month end or quarter end close, including preparation of working papers)

• Experience in prepaid amortization, fixed asset depreciation, leases, share capital etc. asset

• Actively pursuing CPA designation

• Public practice background or industry experience working in/with publicly listed companies and knowledge in IFRS/USGAAP will be considered first

• Experience in internal controls (esp. SOX compliance) is preferred

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

• Experience with ERP systems

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized

• High-functioning with a strong desire to grow
