YOUR ROLE:
To successfully accomplish this mission, you will be responsible for:
- Defining strategic direction and implementing processes that ensure high-quality service delivery;
- Helping foster a stimulating work environment focused on collaboration;
- Acting as the primary liaison between professionals, management, and support staff;
- Coordinating legal and administrative support services;
- Participating in the recruitment of support staff;
- Supporting employee development and oversee technical training follow-up for new hires;
- Assessing and distributing workload within the team;
- Leading the employee performance management process in collaboration with various stakeholders;
- Serving as a key point of contact for office management matters across different stakeholders;
- Contributing to the development and management of the annual budget.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- University degree in management, administration, or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to meet the key requirements of the role;
- Experience in a similar role, including managing legal and administrative services within a professional services firm;
- Strong bilingual proficiency (spoken and written);
- Experience that includes supervising teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills;
- Proven leadership with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships based on trust and respect;
- Flexibility and the ability to facilitate and support organizational change.
