Position: Client Relationship Coordinator/Dispatch Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – Saint-Laurent (2 days in-office)
Salary: Up to $26 an hour
Job Type: Up to 6-month contract with the possibility of permanence
Our client, a leader in North America in their industry, is looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator/Dispatch Coordinator to play a vital role in their team. If you thrive in high-pressure environments and possess the tenacity to excel in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Processing of all Customer Orders for dispatch to the distribution facility
- Confirm the availability of inventory
- Consistently work towards attaining on-time delivery metrics (OTIF)… and more!
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Retail, Distribution or Operations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level)
- Resolute and self-assured demeanor, always ready to proactively take the lead
