DPSM job offer for western and maritime provinces
Job overview:

The District Parts and Service Manager (DPSM) reports to the VP service. The role of the DPSM is to support authorized CFMOTO dealers in the after sales business through regular visits, emails and phone calls and enforced the quality standards as per policies and procedures established by CFMOTO Canada.
DPSM responsibilities:

 Provides administrative and technical assistance to dealers on CFMOTO products.
 Assists dealers to improve service organisation and profitability by providing suggestions and guidance, reports improvements using visit report.
 Visits dealers on regular basis.
 Maintains good written and telephone communication with the head office.
 Investigates and reports technical issues to head office using market technical report (MTR) and vehicles testing.
 Promotes CFMOTO genuine parts and assists dealers during parts booking program.
 Assists customer relation department in issues resolutions.
 Helps during service school preparation and conducts technical training.
 Attends corporate consumer shows and dealers meeting, assists for set up and tear down.

Requirements, experience and competences:

 To have a valid driver’s license since this position requires travel in a large territory.
 To have at least 7 years of experience as an ATV or motorcycle technician at a dealer level; pertinent OEM experience is an asset.
 Provincial and OEM certificate for motorcycle technician
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 To be able to work on a fast pace environment.
 Good Microsoft office skills.
 To be tactful.
