    DESCRIPTION

    Learning & Development Consultant

    Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Service Trainer for a call center located in Downtown Montreal a few steps from metro McGill.

    Under general supervision, the incumbent is responsible for leading and implementing the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of performance solutions for the North American business units, which includes global partner relationships.

    Position Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
    " Facilitate training workshops incorporating proven adult learning techniques. Schedule and track completions using Learning Management System.
    " Identify, interpret, and document performance needs. Consult with stakeholders or subject matter experts to validate content and measurable business impact.
    " Create and implement innovate, cost-effective performance solutions that maximize employee performance. Revise, modify, and improve existing solutions including but not limited to Participant and Facilitator Guides, Job Aids, and Quick Reference Guides.
    " Evaluate the effectiveness of performance solutions using feedback, performance data, and business metrics to measure success and as appropriate identify additional solutions.
    " Manage time and multiple projects through proper planning and execution using automated tools to communicate and meet stakeholder deliverables.

    Education and/or Experience:
    " Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluent with adult learning strategies, instructional design theories including accelerated learning, and evaluation methodologies.
    " Excellent communication skills in English and French
    " Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: Preferred: Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) certification or equivalent
    " Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote and PowerPoint), SharePoint, Virtual training applications, and Learning Management Systems

    Travel: 10% of time
    Schedule: Monday to Friday 7AM - 11PM
