We are looking for advisors responsible for providing outstanding service by phone, email or chat to customers of our client-partner, a major clothing company, and achieve all activities related to this service.

HERE IS AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR WORK DAY

• Respond professionally to each phone or written customer contact

• Show an excellent customer approach and establish a relationship of trust with customers

• Perform order tracking, answer to product questions and effectively offer solutions to customers

• Assist the team in all other tasks related to achieving goals


YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR BECAUSE YOU OFFER

• Flexible availabilities

• Permanent and full-time position: work shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 9:30 PM

• Fluency in English and French

• Ability to do several tasks at a time

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

• Dynamism, diplomacy and good listening skills

• A good knowledge of IT tools
