Team leader (part-time)

  • Under the supervision of the management staff, the Team Leader will have the responsibility to meet the customer’s expectations. His/her goal will be to promote the products in order to satisfy the customers and increase sales and offer the best customer service possible. He/she will have to provide support to the Manager and Assistant-Manager to train and coach employees on sales.

    COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

    1 year experience in the retail industry or in customer service
    Customer service oriented and shown interest in offering excellent customer service;
    Results-oriented;
    Team spirit ;
    Sense of responsibility;
    Honesty
    Good communication skills
    Ability to work under pressure and in a high changing environment.
