    Position Description:
    We are currently seeking a Client Management Supervisor to be responsible for maintaining outstanding customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Duties as listed below:
    *Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer requests for information and support.
    *Hire, train and oversee Client Managers (4-5), ensuring timely and accurate processing of hazardous waste pickups and customer satisfaction (500-600 pharmacies).
    *Schedule, coordinate, participate, and follow up with customer visits and meetings.
    *Actively works with customer management and staff on program audits identifying process improvements.
    *Perform on-site facility walkthroughs, program development, and program training sessions.
    *Project management tasks including post-audit summary, program descriptions, and analysis reports
    *Researching information to provide solutions and responses to customer's requests, coordinating customer's hazardous waste service needs.
    *Work with sales and compliance staff to roll-out comprehensive pharmaceutical programs and other waste management programs for healthcare clients.
    *Meeting with customer's regularly to identify issues, concerns, areas for improvement, etc.
    *Coordinate project management activities related to waste management systems and programs for customers.
    *Respond and follow-up to address any customer complaints, concerns, and issues.
    *Provides analysis and reporting on customer programs.
    *Pro-actively interfaces with area peers to achieve business goals.
    *Participates in customer committees as required.
    *Performs other related duties as required or requested.

    Position Requirements:
    Education and Experience Required:
    *Education equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Healthcare, or Environmental Discipline, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance with experience managing customer compliance programs.
    *Three or more years of experience, demonstrating the ability to manage internal and external customer relationships and three or more years of project management experience.
    *May require mandatory immunizations and credentialing based on customer requirements.
    *Demonstrates general knowledge and understanding of basic P&L, revenue, assets, budgets (capital and annual), number of accounts, etc.
    *Demonstrates the ability to evaluate, analyze, and report on customer spending trends.
    *Demonstrates knowledgeable and is capable of quoting projects and customer proposals.
    *Experience with environmental regulations including, but not limited to EPA, DOT, and OSHA standards and codes, as they apply to the waste industry.
    Key Competencies:
    *Demonstrates the ability to analyze the customer's situation, understand the customer's needs, and act upon them in a way that satisfies the customer beyond expectations. Demonstrates the ability to manage daily activities and all situations in a manner that meets both the customer and company's best interest.
