    DESCRIPTION

    Eclipsys Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our professional Sales team in our Montréal office. We are seeking a high-energy sales professional with a strong customer service focus looking to leverage their skillset in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

    As the Inside Sales Representative, you will:

    - Proactively prospect for new business opportunities, up-sell to existing customers, in support of the members of our Sales team
    - Build and maintain a revenue pipeline; generating follow-up sales activities (e.g. emails, meetings, Partner Registrations) and quotations
    - Maintain and update customers’ information in NetSuite
    - Exceed quarterly and annual sales/bookings targets and maximize short term revenue; in support of meeting/exceeding core sales metrics for the Sales team.
    - Create strong business relationships with prospects, existing customers, and channel partners through courteous and efficient service
    - Assess and understand customer needs, requirements, and expectations; recommend suitable solutions
    - Become an expert in communicating Eclipsys’ offerings and solutions
    - Keep knowledge up-to-date of the Infrastructure, Database, Middleware and Cloud market and meet training targets to maintain a thorough understanding of Oracle products, process and promotions to provide the highest levels of sales support
    - Work with marketing to drive campaigns into specific market segments
    - Respond to phone inquiries, voicemails and emails and updating customer files accurately and promptly
    - Work out of our brand new downtown Montréal office at least 3-4 days a week. Ability to work remotely the remaining 1-2 days per week.
    - Assist with the Montréal office operations and administrative tasks

    What we are looking for:

    - Bilingual in English and French
    - 3-5 years’ sales experience; in an IT environment
    - Energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach, who is pro-active in increasing sales revenue by creating new business opportunities
    - Proven account management skills with experience managing multiple, competing priorities
    - Strong work ethic and organizational skills
    - Successful history and methodology of cold calling and creating sales leads with key decision makers
    - Post-Secondary Education
    - Experience with NetSuite or a similar CRM technology.
    - Excellent communicator, problem solver, and negotiator
    - Insatiable desire to learn; continually upgrading and maintaining knowledge of market and products through various avenues
    - Ability to work both independently and as part of team to achieve goals
