Salary: Up to $26 per hour
Job Type: Contract

Would you like to join one of the largest companies in the pharmaceutical industry? Do you have knowledge and experience in customer service, call centers or in technical support?

Then, this position may be perfect for you!

Our client is offering an 18-month contract as well as flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 8 p.m. to a Customer Support Representative.

You will be working in a professional environment and offering technical support to health professionals regarding a specific medical product.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the most recent technologies in the medical field
- Take inbound and outbound calls
- Give technical support on products
- Track information from customers through Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Qualifications:

- 2 to 5 years of customer service or similar experience – required
- Completed DEC – mandatory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Fluent Bilingualism
